Privacy

The minimum we need. Nothing sold. No third-party trackers.

What we collect

Site analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-respecting analytics service. Plausible does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track you across sites, and does not sell data. We see aggregate counts: page views, referrers, rough country-level location. We cannot identify individual visitors.

Framework accounts (ripple.rooslabs.com). If you register for the Ripple of Perception Framework, we collect your email address, name, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and the invite code you used. We store the framework content you create — journal entries, reflections, notes, progress — so that it persists between your sessions.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the email so we can respond.

What we don't collect

  • No advertising identifiers.
  • No cross-site trackers.
  • No fingerprinting.
  • No social media pixels (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok — none).
  • No data shared with brokers, ad networks, or AI training datasets.

How we use what we collect

Your account data is used to run your account. Your framework content is yours — we read it only if you ask us to (support request) or if legally compelled. Analytics are used to understand which pages are read, not who reads them.

Who sees it

Nobody outside Roos Labs, except:

  • Plausible (aggregate, anonymous analytics — hosted in the EU).
  • Our hosting provider and email provider, which handle the technical delivery of pages and transactional emails.
  • Legal authorities with a valid court order. We would notify you unless prohibited from doing so.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, export it, or delete it. Email privacy@rooslabs.com and we'll handle it. Framework users can also delete their own account from within the app.

Cookies

The Ripple framework uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's the only cookie. Plausible is cookieless by design. We have no ad cookies to ask consent for.

Children

Roos Labs content is written for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we'll update the date below and, for framework users, email a note.
